PICKLUSTER
PICKLUSTER is an UCSF ChimeraX plug-in that clusters protein interfaces based on distance. PICKLUSTER provides various scoring metrics for the analysis of the interface, not only of structures of protein complexes but also of models generated by AlphaFold2 and AlphaFold3. It includes the calculation of the combined scoring metrics C2Qscore.
