Kai Sperling

Short Academic Biography 

• Kai is a Master's student in Molecular Life Science at the University of Lübeck and is currently conducting his Master's thesis in the Topf Lab.
  During his Bachelor's thesis, he worked on the quantification of blood metabolites using NMR spectroscopy at the Institute for Chemistry and Metabolomics, University of Lübeck

• Understanding biomolecular structures and interactions through experimental methods, computational modeling, and data-driven approaches.Currently working on the structural prediction and assessment of virus–host protein–protein interfaces using AlphaFold 3
